Kansas City is up next. Are you as afraid as I am?

SF 49ers

They lost to

Indianapolis Colts

Does that convince you?

There really wasn't anything good to take out of the Giants game, except that we didn't have a lot of injuries. I hope that the game will prove to be an anomaly.

As long as we do as well as we did last year, I'll be well satisfied. We have finished strong the last two years.

It will be interesting to see if Houston can show up mentally in the safe confines of home. So far they have shown they are too relaxed at home, and can't get charged up enough for opponents like they generally have been on the road. Kub had better be working on pumping the team up. If the team has the right mentality, they can beat the Chiefs. That will be the number one factor. They have the talent and the tools, but we'll see if they show signs of maturity tomorrow.

Is there a visitors section?
I'd like to take a moment and say hello to all my old blogging friends here, as well as anyone I hardly know.
Thank you.
( Nods, sits down, accidently knock Ems' beer over, then quickly grabs it up, spilling it all over Reecey.)
Dayumm, guys, I'm so sorry. Is there a bar around here?

Reecey dawg, I'm really sorry about the beer, man. We can wring out your clothes if you want.
That way, you can at least drink some of it.
Unless, of course, Em wants it. After all, it is, er was his.

Hey, oldfart, thanks for coming by. Visitors are most welcome. Don't worry about the spilled beer, because we have plenty more. Reecey will just think that he spilled it on himself.

LOL, I just wish that we didn't have to come back to win it. Our defense, especially our pass defense, is awful. All that has saved us thus far is that our offense can make yards in big gains.

Thanks. I hope you guys lose tonight against the foreskins, but hey, you know.......well.......good luck anyway.

Too bad we lost Ryans today. Houston better do something or Peyton will exploit that as well in two weeks.

Ryans was the heart of our defense and we were struggling on defense anyway. I have a bad feeling about it.

The Chiefs still have a commanding lead in their division. I sure wish that we had their schedule.

Peter King with S.I. called the OI call against Flowers the worst interference call of the year. Apparently Haley agrees, lol.

I'm 62 years old and I've been an avid football fan since I was a little boy. In all that time I've never seen a loser who liked the officiating.

I have many times... I've seen and heard the coaches go up to the refs and say good game and shake their hands in honesty. There are many zebras out there that do a great job and it's refreshing to see a little recognition when they do. I've umpired over a thousand games in baseball/softball and yes I've blown a call or two in my days.
Now on the down side, this year has had WAY TO MANY blown calls in the NFL for my liking... :(

Thank you so much, LadyHawk. Frankly, I didn't think that we were going to pull it out. It took two touchdowns in about three and one-half minutes to do it. Fortunately, it's in situations like that that Schaub is at his best. His composure amazes me.
