If I were the GM, I would fire every defensive coach and go to a team with an intimidating defense to hire an assistant as defensive coordinator. I'd let him pick all of the assistants and empower him to do whatever it takes to improve the defense. Gary Kubiak came from the offensive side and it shows - the Texans have plenty of offense. He just need a strong defensive staff.
