I hear this cat is in great shape, has a big chip on his shoulder, is very serious and waited his whole career to be a Raider. I have heard that several times before and it has worked out beautifully.

Go Raiders.

Peace !

Hello Joe,

I must say 1st of all, not a RAIDER fan, but I do appreciate talent. Your boys took care of 'bidness' this last year. I am looking forward to squaring off in the Mile High atmosphere.

Nice to know there is another follower of the KING! <not elvis>

Amen to that. I would have really enjoyed seeing a monster DL guy in the middle picked up, but I also found out Mario Edwards jr is now healthy for the first time in over a year, so its a moot point. Mack is amazing, Irvin is almost a twin (ALMOST) Edwards is a truly awesome specimen. A 300lb guy that does standing back flips? unreal.

All the best to you brother. Christ is King.

Peace !

With Lynch, Cook, Cordarrelle coming in this should be off the hook.
Go Raiders.

Well...it looks like the teams that were the most passionate and vocal about protesting the National anthem got their hats handed to them this weekend....sports are supposed to be an escape from all this crap. It seems it has become a platform...from what I've seen from family, friends and acquaintances, as well as what I'm reading on line, the NFL is going to see a big drop in viewing. I would say as much as 20%. People are passionate about this.

Derek Carr was the only Raider standing in Washington. His statement is that he only Kneels before God...I don't believe that any statement is more true. The way the team played as a whole though, to me anyway, showed their submission and lack of dedication.

And that's why I believe that you don't kneel.

Kapernick's woes began after his superbowl run. He divided his locker room and got his coach run out of town. Before his kneeling came to the forefront this was the talk from the insiders, but no one knew the whole story. All they knew is that he went from a Superbowl caliber QB to the bench. Then, on the world stage, he was seen kneeling. His politics became front and center from his pig socks to who he was voting for.

And his professionalism for the game waned. He came in camp, thin and frail. His play on the field suffered, The once, superstar QB who could win games became an ordinary backup. It's clear that his focus is no longer football, but his platform.

Now the rest of the NFL is kneeling and look at the results from yesterday....politics just doesn't belong in our escape. I for one, am tired of politics permeating my everyday life. I don't even want to listen to sports radio or watch the highlights or read the sports websites today because all I'm going to hear is how each team protested...

Is this the beginning of the end of sports as we knew it? In WWII it was an escape from all the evil in the world. Not now....

God bless all those family's so affected by this horrible act of outright premeditated mass murder of our beautiful children. And the fact that in this particular case of so-called finest law enforcement group in charge of keeping our homeland-America safe should have prevented it from happening.

God bless America.

Stan Lee made this kids life a lot brighter for those years in the early 60's and on. After trying to interest myself in other types of written material including DC/Action etc. (and being completely bored) I found Marvel and all those great characters (not many at first) and the usage of 3 and 4 syllable words and story lines that rocked, along with artwork unlike any others. I couldn't wait for the next copy to come to the little general store close to our house. I always thanked all of them for such a wonderful creation for every age group and Stan always cared about all his family. See ya Stan and yes your the man.
