Next we speak, I'd like to learn if you created that avatar, don't believe a Giants banner enclosed by the horseshoe was readily available anywhere. Also appreciated your comments to my post. As you said, sometimes you get attached to something that becomes a part of you that you will take to the grave. I posted a picture on the Ravens site that I hope you don't find offensive, just an old Colts fan finally letting bygones be bygones *sort of*. Take care, it's been great chatting with you.

Been trying to "pass the word" kicks, lots of Colts fans had already migrated to Facebook even before the most recent change at faux. Someone posted an alternate site on the Colts page, looked at it - no thanks...

We had a great time (at least I did, lol) last night on the Switzerland page last night following the draft. The virtual buffet was a huge success (at least it was for me). I really like the group that's come over here this time. It's been great meeting everyone and learning their teams. I see you're very close to "Veteran" status. Utah got his "V" last night during the party at the Swiss Forum. Missed you!!!

hello there loutex! "surprised by the colts pick" - you are too kind - lol! Already made my rant, hope the next 8 picks give the D a little (make that a lot more help!). We already released J Cribbs after the Dorsett pick. Great pick by your TX's w/ CB K Johnson! G' luck to your TX squad and enjoy the rest of the draft! And, HAPPY BLUE FRIDAY to you!
Baglady wrote:loutex and HutOne, you 2 are quickly becoming my fav 2 fans on this site! THANKS much for taking the time to post on the Colts page and respect for my Indy team (HutOne, no doubt lots of restraint for you), thank you both.
Great guys, both of you... Enjoy the rest of your w/e gentlemen.

Aside from football, the enjoyment comes from meeting fans like yourself and Lou. Not many fans on either of our sites but find the fans in Switzerland are cordial and entertaining.
Good luck in the last four rounds, these are just as important as the 1st. Not sure about the Colts, but the Ravens seem to find at least one gem in the undrafted pool each year. Then we turn into scavengers looking for talent other teams pare down. Great sport!!! Take care!

Did a walkabout the various sites and really didn't see many that weren't pleased with the way that their drafts came out. Of course the youngsters now have to live up to our expectations! You're wise to wait until January to hand out your report card. Yet hope springs eternal with the draft, I'm sure Lou is ready to have his Texans take on your Colts as I am to have the Ravens take charge of the AFC North. The better the rivalries, the better the games, add in good sports fans from both teams and you've got great football!!!
I see you're at 495, I know you believe in quality posts and aren't concerned with quantity, but c'mon, for Kicks and CK why not a quick count down to 500? I'm sure CK will put out another spread with refreshments to celebrate!!! Congrats and enjoy, oh, and don't forget to invite Lou and myself!!!

loutex, had a great w/e - BUSY, fab weather so lots of work in the yard while keeping an eye on the draft. Still HATE a WR in round 1 but later picks on D, time will tell. I typically grade our draft in Jan, just me.... TX's good draft picks from what I saw!
G' Luck to your Rockets! [/quote
hello my friend, yard work order of the w/e.clear skies in low 70's good w/e to catch up on the yard work...totally agree with you on waiting to truly grade this years draft...players look good on paper and film but true test is playing in game action in the nfl cause of the higher level of play!!! and thanks on the rockets...watching game now and they looking bad
