That's some high-priced real estate. There are things that I don't like about Beaumont, Texas - the summer weather is awful, the mosquitoes can get thick and most of the people are way more conservative than I am - but at least the ground doesn't move. We have hurricanes, but we have time to go somewhere else when we do. I just always treat it as a vacation.
