You should have no problem with any image for an avatar as long as it's under 90x90 pixels.
Give it a try again, I just re-synced the file. If you still have an issue, give me a heads up.

It is Oooooooooo soooo boring w/o Saints football. Every team will look so different with all the change in personnel this season. I know some of you probably understand Loomis/Payton reasoning in giving away Jimmy Graham; but I don't!!! I still haven't forgiven them for allowing Sproles to leave.....yet!!!

Any pic I've sized max 90 x 90 pixel works fine here as long as they're saved as a 'gif' ...
