Pick'em is back!! I just set up the league on Yahoo. The league has confidence points again this year and your lowest week is dropped from your score. Everyone is free to sign up, no limits.

Manning exonerated from HGH allegations.

I read this and you're not going to like what I say. I really think he did the HGH and the league knows he did. But to put pressure on the players that are still in the league they made a deal to clear his holy name. Manning had the best year of his or anyone's career while HGH was in his system. After he stopped his ability to perform increased dramatically. His last 2 seasons are more than proof. I know this will not be accepted by the locals here so I just gave my unchangeable opinion on the subject. I feel for the players that will have the league and the media on their backs saying Peyton did it why can't you cooperate with the league.

Yeah it's really hard to say exactly what happened, all we can really do is speculate at this point. I would say if he was getting HGH treatments, the year before his record setting year when we fell to the Ravens would have been more likely to be affected by it. Plus he never tested positive for it so if he was taking it, he was off it before he came back.

I like Miller but he can be a little off the wall. Why does he think in the next 5000 years that red hair, freckles, head hair and our fifth toe will all be gone when humans haven't changed in the last 5000 or even 10000 years? What's so special about the next 5000? It's just goofy.

Well that's not a very flattering projection for Denver, 3rd in the division, behind Oakland and Kansas city, and finishing with an 8-8 record.

At least this team seems to like being underrated.

I think Denver will win the division again, followed by Oakland, KC and SD. Oakland is definitely on the upswing and SD keeps plummeting, benefiting KC. The Denver D should be just as dominant this year as last and the offense could pretty much only get better after last year. Sanders is going to be making a case for a big contract, either with Denver or elsewhere, and our healthy QB competition is great for the team. Some shuffling and new players on the o-line should help with both pass and run protection, which last year was a big problem for the offense as a whole.

Sanders says he wants to stay here not break the bank. Sounds kind of like what Von said to start.

Coach Kubiak said he was impressed with the way "our guys came back good" he said kapri was good then said we have four backs usually carry five.
not sure what he means by all that but that's what he said.Training camp quick hits follows

I think some of these players mean it when the say it, but agents get in the way and drive the price up. You hear completely different stories from athletes when they are separated from the guys who actually deal with the contacts. Not only did Von get a big payday but his agent did as well and he gets credit for getting the deal done which looks good to other players which is good business for him.

People calling that a bad throw. I think it was darn near perfect. Sanchez put in where only his WR could catch it and Jordan Taylor made the play. The defensive back had great coverage and got beat anyways. Not a big Sanchez fan but I do hope there is plenty more where this came from.

It was a bad pass but I hope that because it was practice mark passed it to him DB didn't think the ball was coming his way he was there but never turned to look for the ball. if he had he would have hit the arm and the catch wouldn't have been made. Great catch but in game the pass should never be thrown

MSN's assessment of Mark Sanchez has me worried that we will see the Mark Sanchez that we all hoped was left in NY. He was placed on the 2nd team because he threw a pick. Guys I'm starting to get worried that we may have to play the rook this season unless the run game can work for us.

Sanchez can't play under pressure of a real scrimmage......same old butt fumble. Look for Siemian to start week 1.

Wow, I bet Siemian didn't see this coming at this time last year. Manning still had 2 years on his contract, Oz was the heir apparent, then Elway brought in Sanchez and moved up to draft a QB in the first round. Wild ride for him I'm sure.

Lol, you should do just fine. Utah won it last year if I remember correctly. Just don't forget to assign a point value to each pick you make, otherwise even if you get them all correct, you wont get any credit for them. And Denver fans ALWAYS pick Denver to win, even on bye weeks

For every pick you make, you assign a confidence point value (usually 1-16 depending on the number of games that week). The pick you feel is most certain you give the 16 points and the least certain is the 1 point and so on. Each value can only be assigned once in a given week. The game will give you the current odds and show you what others around the country are picking also.
