I still called him "Rook" last year, and probably will this year too. That name just stuck with me from his debut season, where it seemed, I was saying, way to go Rook several times a game. While Talib still has plenty left, I see Roby being our second best CB this year, and an an integral part of our D for many years to come.

I kind of agree with this article on most points. I don't think we are worse off at QB than we were last year.

They might have to trade DT, Hop and nobody wanted to pay that price. We don't know what they tried to do for sure.

Really sad that we can continue to bitch and moan about a guy that went out and went 105/1304/5 as WR1 with all the side distractions he went through on and off the field.

Dude accounted for 31% of all the teams receiving yards. This from the 28th and 32nd yardage passers. Those same guys lead the league in INT's. Had the 31st "best" QB rating. Ranked 28th in TD's while completing the 25th best percentage of passes.

Comical thing about the completion percentage is that everyone's All American CAM was 26th. But he had waaaaaaaay more TD's, 20% higher QB rating and fewer INT's. Goes to show that DT still posted great numbers from, putting it mildly, sub-par QB play.

http://www.sportingcharts.com/nfl/stats ... tics/2015/

http://www.sportingcharts.com/nfl/stats/drops/2015/

He was in the top 10 but not the equivalent of the bottom 3 QB play. He still had a lower rate of drops and a single drop less than former Bronco and still to me the original Brandon Marshall. Yet nothing is said about him other than what a gutsy baller he is.

Trade him? He could have reworked his contract and made accommodations to the other team. Brass didn't want to trade him. I'll trust in their wisdom as Icky just posted the result of what they can do.

I don't think they wanted to trade him. That was my way to get the second pick from Cleveland to get the best RB in the draft. I knew Cleveland needed WR and DT was good bait. He did lead the league in drops had many drops the year before and the year before that. I still think he's over rated for the money he's being paid. My Thoughts were It will cost us more in Dead money next season if we trade him or cut him than it would have this season. He will cost us 18million in dead money next season if I remember right and more than that the following season. That was my thinking. Grabbing at stats look to see how many times he had one catch in the game last season or had more drops than catches in a game. The QB's may have had better stats without all the drops by the team last season and he lead the team. Now I wouldn't have traded him to anyone but Cleveland for the second pick because I knew the Chargers were not going to trade with us and I knew Dallas wanted Elliott. He was my hope for the team. But we did ok we got the second best back in the draft.

And if Elliott turns out to be a bust? We got the second best RB in the draft much later without paying that price.

And Cleveland needs much more than a WR.....first of all they need a brain. They have a good coach now unless they do the usual and screw everything up for him.

Their biggest need WR that's why they drafted and signed 5 rookies.

Siemian Ran first team at first practice but we all knew that was the case. Kubiak said the Job is open but I still think it's Sanchez's to loose. Coach did say he was impressed with Siemian. Okung will be held out of OTA reps and the coach also said Ty Sambrailo will play guard when he's cleared.
some photos on the first day

Who knew V. Green had surgery on his finger read that today for the first time. He will miss some time.
Kubiak on Booker's comment on taking someone's job,"I hope they all are here to take someone's job they have to prove they can help the team first"
I don't think Booker will have a problem helping this team myself
