There you have answered my biggest concern with kick return. I like this kid Kalif Raymond just not sure he will help us just as a return man. He hits the hole on punts fast but Norwood is a better receiver. He smaller than Norwood but he is explosive. At 5'9" 163 pounds he may be a little too light. Bralon Addison is the same height but at 197 I guess he will be the man I look to see take the return job. He could play the gunner on punts if needed. at least he can throw some weight around.

Kap knows that because of his salary alone, he will have a chance to keep the starting job. However, both Kap and the 49ers lost out on this deal and from the looks of it Denver won by Elway not budging. Those years in the used car business taught him how and when to negotiate and when to play hard ball.

as I said beforeI can't blame Kap for wanting the money. This is the last year in his deal that he gets a big payout. He has life after football he has to think about. He isn't going to get another big contract so keep what you got.
