Happy Easter

I believe that it is impossible to be happy without "an attitude of gratitude," as one of my friends puts it. I know of no better antidote for depression. Sometimes we need to step back from the immediate concerns of our lives to recount all of our blessings. Easter is that time for me. I play my favorite recording of Messiah and think about all of the people who have given meaning to my life. I give thanks for them all. Happy Easter!
