I like Kawaan Short He won't cost us too much and has remarkable potential. another is also from the panthers Mario Addison he too has upside and could be had for less then what you pay a Cambell or Pierre-Paul

I'm thinking he knows he cannot be a #1 receiver any longer and would be willing to take a $ cut to be on a "championship caliber" team
I dunno, I agree Springs, I think our money would be better spent on Offensive linemen and getting a "Antonio Gates" type TE
one who can block and receive

I like that TE out of Alabama, OJ Howard. From what I remember the kid is a complete package as far as blocking and pass catching. We have been missing a threat there since Julius Thomas walked in FA. I would be ok with him, an o-lineman or a d-lineman at the #20 pick. I have a feeling that Elway will address most of the o-line needs through FA since we haven't done well there in the draft. D-line may be the same way. Elway tends to go for playmakers with the first pick so I'm guessing TE.

I also like David Njoku out of Miami as well. I doubt Howard will drop to 20 but you never know.

the Broncos are said to want to keep Webster after all. I like that myself. only he wants to start or be the nickel back and here he won't get that chance unless they deal Talib or release him. Which I think they will if they sign Webster. He has said that's why he's leaving. If they tell him their plans to let Talib go it could make a difference on Webster's decision. I know they won't say but that's my opinion.

Yeah it's hard to say. I saw him as well. All the mocks have these two all over the place. I saw one that had Howard going to the Pats and another with him going at the first pick in the second round. And yet another with him being gone by the 10th pick. It's really a crap shoot. Njoku is all over the board too. A lot of people say Miami is going to try and take him but we will see.

I would love to see the Broncos take a TE with the 20th pick in the draft but Elway has only picked one offensive player in his history of drafting at NO1. Now he may be picking a TE but I think he will wait till the third if OJ Howard is gone. Anyone else will be a reach at #20. Njoku is good but he's a second round pick In most opinions not a mid first. Depending on what happens in FA I think Elway stays close to what works for him Draft Defense and get your Offense in FA.

The only problem is it's not working, at least not for the offense. I think he knows he needs to make some changes on that side of the ball and that may start with him going offense in the first round.

I am absolutely sure that will be the case, he is just coming off a Super Bowl victory there will be other "suitors" who can dip into their funds SAN FRANCISCO and get a quality TE like him

Lets look for less expensive guys

Article on cutting Talib. I agree. You don't cut the top CB even though he is a dumb ass.

Agreed, the only way I see Denver parting ways with Talib is if a BIG suspension comes down for him shooting himself last year. If there is no suspension then he will be in blue and orange next season.

I like this kid too But he's a late first or a second rounder. I like him because of the way he pulls. Utah has that offense that pulls the whole side a Tackle and a guard from the left side will pull into a hole and boy that's why the running game there is so great. They have a back there now who looks as good as Booker did. But this kid may play guard at the next level. He's that good when he pulls. He has played well in pass blocking also but speed rushers tend to get around him and truth be told he hasn't played talent like that he will find in the NFL but he's good enough to get better. as I said I like him but if we go O-Line in FA John will pick defense

I don't really agree with this article saying that Demarcus Ware is our biggest FA. Is he good? Yes. Is he important to the team? Yes. Is he our best, most productive player we could lose to FA? NO. I would put him at best number 3 on the list behind Vance Walker and Kayvon Webster.

 Agreed I won't even place him as high as you do. We have other pass rushers and I'm not sure the leadership won't shift to Miller this season
