** In the Marine Corps, we often had to deal with young men who were having difficulty assimilating to their new culture. Often times the resulting treatment was a blanket party, several men would gather together and wrap the candidate in his rack, then using a blanket they would cover this person and hold down the edges of the blanket to prevent escape. Then the candidate would receive several harsh blows about the body with a sock with several bars of soap inside. The resulting bruises would be a badge of dishonor.
In Johnny's case we would just call him a ROCK. because frankly, you cain't teach a rock nuttin'

It's that kind of locker room mentality that forces problem players to conform. Even without Manning and Oz in there, the locker room has a ton of veteran leadership that isn't going to put up with crap. I think we can take a problem player here and there and make something of them where other teams couldn't. I don't think players like Manziel would really be that much distraction on THIS team. Not saying I would want him here but Denver would be his best bet to turn his career around. That's how strong I think this team is.
