Gosh, that reminds me how long that it has been since I've seen some of them.

Of course if you prefer to do your swimming in the ocean, Kicks Korner can accommodate you.

You're right dred. The members list says that there are 61 users, but that includes people who have posted only once, if I understand it correctly.

gotcha...

dred: At the Olde Swiss, we had close to 400 registered. There were several who registered twice or under a couple of names, but there is no doubt we had a much larger base back in the day. I am surprised that we haven't even broken 100 here, but the important thing to me is the quality of the family here. It may be small, but it's the best!

It sort of like a church, ck. There may be a lot of people on the church rolls, but if nobody shows up it means nothing. I think that a lot of people registered at the Old Switzerland appeared once or twice out of curiosity and then were gone. They know - or think that they know - what New Switzerland is, so they don't come around. It's just my opinion, but what counts for me is how many people post regularly. I make a lot of posts because I don't want people to come here and feel like they are talking to air. It's always nice to get a response to a post.

No need to knock - kicks has an open door policy. It's not like my speakeasy.

The doors are open, but if you come to visit kicks and find him here, let me know. Both he and the kitty have been 'out of the building' for a while now...

Sorry that this photo of Kicks Korner was taken from so far away, but that how far I had to back up to include it all.
