Who knows? Often times things percolate for awhile before they are released. It sounds really bad for him. When asked about it he says he doesn't want to talk about it? HA! If he didn't do it then he would say an emphatic "HELL NO".

Investigations take time...especially since this happened while both parties were employed with the Jets. So the Jets are liable if she claims sexual harassment (which I believe she is - she's not trying to extort money or gain fame...there apparently have been no negotiations for hush money). She has supposedly said his advances were unwanted and that he's "too old" and "not my type." But yeah...this is an employment matter so its sticky.
