GAME DAY CHATTER ONLY!

Henne to Fasano - first down on our 30, then Ricky takes it another 4 yards.

First Down again--Ricky Williams now on the 45 and Henne puts it up, but it is SHORT and Marshall couldn't get it. Not Marshall's fault and I would have thrown a flag for a late hit on him! They seem stalled now. 3rd and 10...

From what I've seen while the feed came on Henne has looked pretty good and I like hearing Henne to Marshall!!

It appears that everyone is playing hard. They look like a team that WANTS to win. I like that! I hope they can put up another touchdown before the end of the half... :!:

What is it that we can't seem to get the ball into the end zone??? The defense looks AMAZING. They give the offense good position most every time. The Phins move the ball, but they get past the fifty and stall. I just don't get it. :x

Can't wait to see the half-time report so I can see how everyone else is doing. Ugh. I just thought I saw a flash of too much Brady to Welker. That just sticks in my craw every time I see it!!! I'm still bitter about that loss...
You never know, Try... It could have been the first 63 yard field goal in history, LOL.

Reecey and Em must be in heaven...Texans are up 14 Nothing on Indy. OMG--poor Ellen...

That would work for me, Try! Damn damn damn--New England is kicking the crap out of Cincy.

Okay, second half concerns me. Now we'll really know the truth. Last year's Phins almost never came to play in the second half. I'm sure they're a little disappointed with their missed field goal at the end, and they are only a short score away from Buffalo. If we can come back as fired up as we were in the beginning (and we won the coin toss and deferred, so we get the ball in the second half)--then we won't be stopped! Buffalo was starting to get their rhythm back toward the end of the half. That was our big problem last year... The other team always adjusted, and we would come back making the same mistakes. I BELIEVE we have matured and will do what has to be done to WIN!!!!!!! (How's that for my glass of water, Try??? :D :D :D

I know that's true, and I'm sure he will be heard from after the half. In fact, I just saw the adjusted score and it's 13-10...Peyton speaks...

Okay. I'm back. Jim Mandich put it aptly (I had to listen on the radio for a few) when he said "Buffalo has done everything it can to hand us the game, but the offense is just not taking it!" Still 10-3. 5 dropped balls.. A couple of good Henne to Marshalls and a nice run by Ronnie gave us a couple of first downs and we are into their territory, at about the 30.

And again, we are forced to go for a FG (which was good)...13 to 3--Dolphins.

Unfortunately, our offense is sputtering seriously, worse in the second quarter AGAIN this year. We have bigger fish to fry (no pun intended) than Buffalo (WAY BIGGER), and were it not for our offense, which has been spectacular thusfar, well, I can't even think how bad this could be (and will try not to think at all)...
