The Lions played well, but they lack the depth to keep up with a team like the Patriots. They are nothing like what they were a couple of years ago, though.

Yo!! CK...did you see in the news (I'm guessing you probably have since ya live there) that Jon Gruden is interviewing with the Miami Athletic Director for the coaching job with the Hurricanes?

OMG, no! Thank you so much for the info, doll. That would certainly be a wonderful step toward getting the Hurricanes back on track--it's time, you know. Now, who is interviewing with the Fins?????????

I think that he's saying, "Play fair, or I'll take my ball and go home."

Aww. I'm truly sorry CK. I was kidding and didn't mean to offend you. The Dolphins really don't have that bad of a coach from what I see ... y'all are in the hunt for the playoffs from what they showed last weekend.
Again...my apologies.

Don't be silly, Lady--I was just messin' with you! I knew you were teasing. You've always been respectful about other teams unless someone f*cks with you first. I always take your Seahawks in the game bets every week, too--out of respect for you. Just like I take the Fins every week (out of respect for me? ). Love ya, woman!

BTW, a pox on Emeritus for the "Wade Phillips" crack. Be careful, man--I may find a coach for the Texans if you keerp that up...

Sheesh! Aren't we crabby this morning. It's bad enough that the Texans let still another team come from behind to beat them.

The poll was conducted by Harris Interactive online in the U.S. from Sept. 14-20, 2010, among 2,620 adults (age 18 and older). A ranking of the fans’ favorite teams (last year’s rank in parentheses):

4. Pittsburgh Steelers (2)
5. New Orleans Saints (24)
6. New England Patriots (5)
7. New York Giants (8)
8. Minnesota Vikings (10)
9. Chicago Bears (3)
10. Atlanta Falcons (13)
