Hi there LH - didn't get to see much of your game but sounds like it was a good one. Just hope Ochung's (sp?) injury doesn't keep him out long....

Since this is the TX's pg I'll just say PLEASE stay healthy Schaub and A Johnson - my fantasy team starters!

They say he's out 2-4 weeks, Baglady. Sprained ankle. And yes, it was a very good game to watch. Overall I'm pleased with what I'm seeing. Pete Carroll has definitely made a difference (at least it seems so)

Well, let's hope it closer to 2 than 4 wks LH. Glad you had a good time!

AZ @ TN tonight. We get to see our AFC South competition - am curious about TN w/ all their changes and esp want to see their D w/ out Van den Bosch (sp?). Why do some many players have impossible names to spell??? (at least for me)

LOL, perhaps it's because their names aren't English. All of the Romance language speakers and especially Germans will tell you that English is impossible to spell. Our vowels can represent too many sounds and we have too many silent letters.

Seahawks did look good. And if they bring in another receiver, all I can say is watch out.

The Titans looked impressive last night. It looks like Jeff Fisher has them back on track.

Dammit! I looked for a game on Monday night and couldn't find one. The Titans played?

They played the Cardinals and completely outclassed them. I doubt that Young will ever be a great passer, but he does enough. The Cardinal offense could do nothing. I can remember the guy's name, but the Titans have an exciting running back.

The Texans keep trying to improve, but it's hard to even keep up with the improvement of our competition.

I think we are moving at about the same rate as we did over at Fox. LOL! At a snail's pace.

I'm afraid that it's going to be like this until the Texans start making the playoffs. Then there will be people that we've never seen before.

That's just because we get more visitors here, Try. You wouldn't believe the lengths that Reecey and I went to to get the page count on the Texans page up to a hundred. We were afraid that it would be canceled for lack of interest.

I see that I'm the first one here today. That seems to happen a lot. Does that mean that I'm an alcoholic? I hardly touch the stuff, preferring to smoke my high.

How does the joke go? I gave up smoking, drinking and women. It was the worst fifteen minutes of my life.

Wow, if the Colts gave up that many points to the Rams, perhaps our offense has a chance! On the other hand, it was a preseason game. For right now, we need to worry about playing the Cowboys.

Hooray! It was only a preseason game, but the Texans rushing game and defense both looked better. Only the Saints have scored on our first team defense.

Good morning, big guy! Just stopping by to show my support (and so long as you aren't playing the Dolphins, the Colts or the Vikings, I shall continue to be the honorary Texan fan). :D

LOL, we don't play the Dolphins or the Vikings this year. We don't beat the Colts enough for that to be a problem either.

Good morning to the many members of the Houston Texans fan club. I propose that we get to get together for a tailgate party. I get a caterer to do the barbecue.

Thanks for the invitation, but I find myself very reluctant to leave home. I've been invited to join European tours and cruises, but when it come down to it I just want to be at home and sleep in my own bed at night. I wasn't always that way and I really don't know what changed.

I'm not much on flying either. I had to for some of my book signings, and found out that xanax gets me through. I'd go horse and buggy to spend time with the Baglady, though, if that was the only way.
