Honey where have you been living for the last 10 years? Us being a threat? I just tinkled in my pants!

For what it's worth those years are what's kept me "faithful" over the pitiful seasons we've endured...Thus "16Forever".

Well HELL, 16... I've not only supported the Dolphins forever, but hold season tickets for 40 years!!! What do you think the Dolphins have been doing since Danny Marino was the QB? We're in pretty much the same boat as you and your 49ers...

LOL, at least you have great times to remember. With the Texans fans it's blind faith that we'll get there some day. We could be like the Lions, who haven't won a division title in the Super Bowl era.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, but Peyton Manning has owned us. Reecey has threatened to hire a juju man to put the whammy on him.

Our starter lead the NFL in passing yards last season, but we still didn't make the playoffs. If Leinart can do better than that, he can walk on water.

The only thing Leinhart will walk on is quick sand. That dude's ego killed his stint in AZ. He should've shut up because Anderson is sure to go down or fail at some point giving him another chance but NO he couldn't swallow some pride and take a #2 slot...Next stop the CFL.

That won't work with the Texans either. The two most secure positions on the team are Matt Schaub at quarterback and Andre Johnson at receiver.

I have company.

I wear shorts, but I have a prosthesis where my left foot used to be, so I can't wear flip flops. At least the rain have provided some small relief from the heat, which was getting bad. I just sit in my porch swing, watch the rain and smoke something. Nobody can smell it in the rain.

I don't wear shorts or short skirts anymore. I've seen other old ladies in beachy attire and vowed not to open myself up to the things I think and say about them, lol. Back in the day, I had great legs and was knock out in a bathing suit. It's so important to know your own body and make the best of it...
That said, I have to go now and iron my turtle-neck gown-to-the-ground; find my high-button shoes; check through my drawers for my opaque stockings; find my gloves, and iron my face.

How can it be too obsessed when that's what we must do to go anywhere?

I believe that the Texans have one edge on the Colts. Beating them is more important to us than beating us is to them.

I almost grabbed Arian, I just didn't know enough about him to make an intelligent pick for him.

I don't think that Kubiak's position is a precarious as the sport writers like to depict it. The team has made steady progress under his direction.

Considering our schedule, having a winning season would be fine with me. If the Texans are ever going to go anywhere, they are going to have to at least split with the Colts. So far they haven't been able to do that. I think that we have one win against them.

Em, the Dolphins have a pretty tough schedule as well. They play New England and the JETS twice each. Everybody seems to have written NE off, as though they are not a viable play-off candidate, but I would NEVER write them off! I am sure they will contend for the play-offs, and I hate playing them on principle alone. :D In fact, NE has been extremely quiet this preseason. That spooks me too... The jury is still out on the JETS and Buffalo. On paper, the JETS are unstoppable. My big wish is for the egos to get in the way. Lord knows they are full-up on egos this year!

Let's see, we have the Colts, Redskins, Cowboys, Raiders, Giants, Chiefs, Colts, Chargers, Jaguars, Jets, Titans, Eagles, Ravens, Titans, Broncos, and Jaguars. It will be a miracle if we win half of those games.
