Thanks man, I thought this could be a good topic for the Swiss family to post some of their proud pics of their little (or not so little) ones.

I used to do that...but Swiss has unauthorized lurkers and some with no-so-great intentions in this world. So I prefer to share my photos on Facebook only.

Nothing here that can't be seen on FaceBook. It has pretty well been determined that even though people are supposed to see only what is "authorized" there, they can find a way to see it all anyway. No reason to worry about privacy...

Interesting thought that I hadn't really considered. For me, I believe I set my options on FB to "only friends" and then I only accept friend requests from those that I know. I only post any pictures here and in "OS" that I know others could see. I know that many people wish to feel like their pictures are not going to be used for some other purpose, so I understand that point of view and appreciate it too.

Pretty much most who blog here are my friends on Facebook anyway; they wouldn't be seeing anything here that they can't see there. I know that's not the case for some - like TryThinking - but I won't be posting my photos here anymore.

I closed out on Face Book because I'm in total agreement with Try Thinking. Their claims of security have proven false too many times.

Perhaps I should add that I'm not convinced that anything at all is totally secure on the net. There are people who spend every waking hour trying to ruin things for everybody else. I think it best not to post anything that you don't want seen by your worst enemy. Fortunately, I'm not important enough to have any real enemies.

anybody else receive the "hotmail alert"...wanting you to send in your login info..? dont give anybody anything that you dont initiate...nobody can hurt me with my photos...my kid is full grown and will stomp a mud hole in anyone foolish enough to mess with him...im butt ugly...and admit it...but i make great looking babies...

Everyone knows what I look like, and my family has been on my website as well--and they are all grown-ups now. It's different when your kids are young--I haven't forgotten...

Hey, everybody go easy on the only other Texans fan. Reecey and I maintained the Texans page at Fox alone for over a year. We pasted in long articles one sentence at a time to get the page count up. Frankly, I was happy to abandon that effort.
