Yeah, I know. So we don't have to be adversaries unless it comes to the play-offs. Ah, sweet play-offs. If only... :D

I was fantasizing the Texans being in the playoffs until I saw our schedule. Now I'm already saying, "Wait until next year."

Uh, uh, uh, uh, uh... Not the right attitude, Em! Just remember how quickly a great team can slide to mediocre or worse. I never, ever put any stock into how difficult the season is until we are well into it. Remember a couple of years back? Phins were 1 and 15 one year, and the following 11 and 5. Then, of course, the following year they were way, way back down again. Don't panic! Hopefully your Texans are comfortable enough with themselves that they won't let last year's muscle shake them up this year. That will have a great deal to do with the coaching...

LOL, mediocre is the best that my team has ever been. I guess that I should be grateful that I'm not a Lions fan.

The Texans have shown flashes of greatness in the past couple of years, Emeritus. I think it will be a break-out year for your team. So long as I'm not playing you, I'll root for you, lol.

Thanks for the support, ck, and I'll reciprocate. I had hopes that the Texans would make the playoffs this year, but they have the hardest schedule in the NFL. We have a tough division and we also play the NFC East this year. They also threw in a few teams like the New Orleans Saints. Somebody must not like us.

I keep telling you, Em. Last year's team is not necessarily this year's team. We'll see about the big bad Saints (and a few others that already have themselves at the SuperBowl--JETS :P )...we'll just see!

I'm back, and have been talking to myself all over the boards. I totally refuse to say another word until someone else gets on here and relieves me. My fingers are getting black and blue from running them on and on here, lol...

First of all, mark the font color off your "to use" list because I think I went half blind trying to read it....

Try is right, ck. I know that you're just trying to use the team colors, but it really does induce eye strain, what part of it I can read at all.

Sorry. I'm just trying find the right color for my posts--not trying to blind anyone while I get there. I believe this color should be less difficult on the eyes. If not, I'll go back to the regular ol' Dolphin teal...

CK, just hit the preview button before you post it and look at it above where you're are writing and that will give you an example. ;)

I need to wait for one of the rare days when I have all of my faculties.

The options seem to include adding images and being able insert lists without having them reformatted as paragraphs as at Old Switzerland.
