Posted: Wed Jun 23, 2010 3:41 pmI can't make fun of the Cowboys, because my Texans play them twice this year. I've never understood trash talking your opponents. If you win you can't brag, because you've already said that they are bums and beating bums is nothing to brag about. On the other hand, if you get beat by a team you have called bums, what does that make your team? I played high school football before many of the people here were born, but I still remember what my coach said about learning mutual respect. As long as they show up and give it all they've got, they deserve respect.

Posted: Sun Jun 27, 2010 11:14 amI had hoped that my Texans would make the playoffs this year. Then I saw here schedule. We have to play the tough teams in our own division, including the Colts and the Titans, all of the NFC East and everybody else that they could throw at us. We play the Cowboys twice, including preseason. Maybe next year.

Posted: Mon Jun 28, 2010 3:34 pmLOL, Cowboys fans swear that he was trying to throw the ball away! It was one of the best games that I ever saw, with both teams in it all the way. That was a great rivalry, with the division winners going on to win a lot of Super Bowls. There were some pretty good quarterbacks involved, too. I just hope that some day my Texans will be good enough to get something like that going with whoever.
