The Cowboys stand a better chance of snagging Bill Cowher. It is known that he has ZERO desire to live on the west coast.

Actually I think he'd go there if the price was right, but number 1 in the running at the moment would be the Giants. He has expressed interest in them before.
personally I'd love to have him for the Phins....

When everyone knew that Holmgren would be departing Seattle, everyone was talking about Cowher or Gruden being brought in...that's when I learned that Cowher lives on the east coast and wants to STAY on the east coast. No amount of money (and trust me, Paul Allen has the deepest pockets to ante up) would change his mind.

So far...I am VERY PLEASED with our "acquisition" of Pete Carroll. He has brought an enthusiasm to the Seahawks that I haven't seen in several seasons. I'm loving it.

I wish,Baby! Unfortunately, our offense is our Achilles Tendon. We move, or should I say creep down the field, but freeze in the red zone. Touchdowns are almost nonexistent. No chemistry between Henne and his receivers, but I'm hoping that good 'ol highly paid Brandon will bond soon. Hartline is okay, and Devon Best is wonderful. I don't know why we aren't punching the ball in--perhaps bad play calling? There have been a number of bad calls as well. Patriots are focused and it seems that Brady is now getting great protection so he and Welker can do some real damage. Our defense rocks, but unfortunately, those long yardage third downs are tough for them and Brady-to-almost-anyone could be disaster. It ain't easy being a Dolfan.

I hear ya about those endzone snafus CK... last week we shoulda had more pts on the board but that elusive endzone seems to terrify my boys too... THis coming week will be quite interesting w/Okung & Pitts back in play.. even if they don't start, but get some feel in there.. as well as the fact that we picked up Brandon Stokey this tuesday and some BIG boys for the O line.... OMG.. if it all comes together we could actually have an offensive line that can punch the run as well as air it out.... but I am not going to count my chickens before they hatch..... a girl can dream though

I can't remember Sparano taking responsibility for his poor play calling--or that of another one of his coaches. And dammit, but they've made some seriously bad calls that killed drives and/or lost the ball for us. Unacceptable!
