Honestly, Favre needs to retire and STAY retired. Go pitch "Rascal" scooters or sumpin before he gets an injury that will affect him severely for the rest of his life (moreso than he has now).

I think he's down for the count now, Lady. He just wants to play out the season and help the team as much as he can. He continues to get beat down week after week, but I'm hoping he'll just start the games left on Minnesota's schedule and then sit back and watch the games.

Heavy snow in Minneapolis has caused the roof of the Metrodome to collapse, multiple media outlets are reporting.

Today’s Giants-Vikings game had already been rescheduled until Monday night, but it will now presumably need to be moved to another venue as well.

Just saw that, not sure where they'll play / when. Hopefully announce a decision today. Tough for the teams and fans. But thank God no one was hurt from what I read and that the roof didn't collapse DURING the game - don't even want to go there....
Why is this bringing to mind the MNF game played Sept 10, 2001? Giants won @ Denver....

A WONDERFUL, HAPPY GOOD FOOTBALL SUNDAY MORNING TO ALL OF MY SWISS FAMILY!

I have the unfortunate luck to have two games here--both of them stinkers. Oakland/Jax and Bucs/Redskins. With all of the action-packed, meaningful action today, this is what they give us in South Florida. I mean, there isn't even a team playing the in any way affects the Dolphins, or for that matter, our entire division. Go figure :roll:

At this point, with so little left of the season--I must be happy with whatever I get (even if I'm missing Minnesota--and everyone knows about my interest in Minnesota :oops:

--not many chances left to see Brett Favre play, and of course, every game could be the last. Even though the joy

he played with for so many years--the smiles and and thrilling runs down the field when a teammate has scored--have faded to a face with pain and a mission :cry:

The Oakland team looks psyched, but I don't think the Jags are going to roll over and play dead. I hope not at least, as don't want to see any routs at this time in the season (unless it's the Phins, beating the crap out of the Jets
