im glad its a boy...shadows hairline...might not be able to take the stress...of a teen aged daughter...i think you will both be great parents...you already are...and you can show shadow the ropes...

Well, I hate to brag (NOT!), but even with the moving around my boys were CLEARLY boys on the UltraSounds, .

Got your picture, Maine. I dunno, but on those UltraSounds that babies (as I said before) all look alike; however, this one looks like a peanut to me (save for those little tiny arms and legs all pulled up into his tummy). I'm holding out for the 4D before I discuss him further ...

We were trying to see at 12 wks.... he was flipping and flopping... kicking and running
He's a little ham already

He had no intention of letting us get a peek

But I had a dream that told me it was a boy... I was still convinced boy

We have a great pic..... NO question now

No worries dred..... not many people knew the trouble we had getting here... lost a few before this one was tough enough to hang around
It was pretty hard on both of us

Funny funny, dred. You must have forgotten; however, that I didn't start having kids until I'd been married ten years--and I was NOT a teenage bride. Technology was there in the 80s, just not as well developed. No full color, gorgeous pics like they have now, for sure!

He looks Just like the Planter Peanut guy!

Odd how you can make out his little face though.... All the books say things are NOT where they belong that early on...
HE has a very distinct - normal looking face in that pic. He just happened to be looking right at the camera

His arms were very short then though.... they are much longer now

We haven't had any fancy ultrasounds yet either... just the regular ones that we had way back when

At 20 weeks (1/2 way) They do the 4D now.

1/2 way next week!!!!!!!!

My baby is 25, dred. My oldest is 30. I had 4 in 5 years--with one miscarriage during that time. I went from being a member of Zero Population to a baby machine. Once Josh was born and I saw what great work I did, I didn't stop till I was forced to--then shop closed forever...

December will be here soon enough, Maine. Just relax as much as you can before then. Remember, once football season begins, the time will fly by--and you have a very special event to turn to, so you don't have to be miserable when the season ends. Just look at it that way .
