OMG! You're right! Every season in which we've played the Dolphins we either went on to have a losing season, or we finished a mere 8-8. Wow...I never thought about that! Good eye Em.

I don't want to get overconfident, but I doubt that the Redskins can score enough points to beat the Texans. I'm going to be pulling for the Colts against the Giants. I'd love for the AFC South to do a number on the big, bag NFC East this season.

I fear the Redskin pass rush. Hey Em, did you see Kyle dial up that half-back pass? I couldn't help but laugh when I saw that. Brought back visions of the Chris Brown interception in the endzone again.

Do you remember the comic strip "Shoe?" It was done by Jeff MacNelly, who was also the best political cartoonist since Thomas Nast. When they had computer problems they would call the computer expert Wiz, who dressed like a sorcerer. They would ask him what the problem was and he'd give them a long list of absolute gibberish. My own theory is that the computers are having a joke at my expense.

Good morning, Texans fans! Hmm, at first I thought that was an answer, but it was just an echo.

Welcome! It's a lot easier to post here and you can add photos and do a lot of other things. If you like, you can set up a Saints topic. The most recent comments will be found at the top of the page. If you go to the bottom of the page, you will find a "Jump to" window. Select Peaceful Corner and it will take you to the moderator's page. There are explanations there on how to do things here. The main rule at Switzerland is no personal attacks on other members. You're free to say that the Texans are bums, but not that I'm a bum (even if I am). Enjoy!

The weekly picks board (for Week 2) is one of the topics below. If you will scroll down the entries in that topic, you will find all of this week's games listed. Make up your list of picks from that and post them. The instructions on how to do everything are found in Peaceful Corner, but ask if there's anything that you don't understand. We all had to go though a learning curve here.
